R.O.D recorded “A Loss For Words In An Open Space” in western Colorado and Moab, Utah during their travels in May, 2022.

This collection of improvised jam sessions was an act of energy transfer that began with a drum sequence as a foundation for Angie and Micah to communicate through sound.

To power all instruments, they used solar power in deserted areas where they could play throughout day and night, while recording with a one track tape recorder.
